HALLIBURTON FILES REGISTRATION STATEMENT
DALLAS, Dec. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Halliburton Co. (NYSE: HAL) today filed a Form S-3 registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission covering a proposed public offering of the Company's debt securities with an aggregate initial offering price not to exceed $500 million. Halliburton may offer and sell from time to time one or more series of its debt securities on terms to be determined at the time of the offering.
