NEW YORK-Big companies tend to have more financial options than smaller ones. They can raise money in the securities or debt markets, and often have the expertise of financial advisers as well as investment bankers on hand when it comes time to choose a financial option. But what about small to midsized companies whose source of financing frequently comes from the commercial lending market? How can they chose the right lender?
