Jan. 31--Just how smart is your company?
Jim Underwood thinks he knows.
The 60-year-old management professor at Dallas Baptist University has trademarked what he calls Corporate IQ, a relatively simple system for mapping a company's "DNA" to determine whether it has long-term viability or is about to be as fossilized as a Pet Rock.
