Jan. 31--RSA REBRANDS OZ UNIT AHEAD OF FLOAT: Royal & SunAlliance has rebranded its Australasian operations under the name Promina, ahead of the A$2 billion (UKpound 713 million) float of the business this year. The re-naming coincides with the appointment of new chief executive Michael Wilkins, who said Promina emphasised "leadership and performance". It chose the name from a list of around 600.
