FAA ANNOUNCES NEW MANUAL TO HELP PILOTS FLY ACROSS NORTH ATLANTIC
WASHINGTON, Dec. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- The Federal Aviation Administration today announced a new publication designed to help general aviation pilots fly across the North Atlantic.
"The increased volume of international non-commercial aviation in the past few years has created a need for a set of guidelines to help pilots," said FAA Administrator James B. Busey. "This manual gives pilots the information necessary to make a safe journey across the North Atlantic."
