PLYMOUTH, Mich., Dec. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- The Russians are coming! The Russians are coming! Well, at least three of them are. They are coming to participate in the Ninth Annual Plymouth International Ice Sculpture Spectacular. Here, between Jan. 16-21, more than 400,000 pounds of ice will be transformed into individually crafted sculptures by professional and amateur ice carvers from around the world.
