Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands -- Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, February 2 /PRNewswire/ -- On January 29 2003,His Excellency the Governor, Mr. Bruce Dinwiddy, issued a statement on behalf of the United Kingdom Government, stating that the former Director of the Financial Reporting Unit (FRU), Mr. Brian Gibbs, is no longer in the Cayman Islands because of a "potential risk to his personal safety."
