Finnish housing and environmental technology company Uponor Oyj reported today (4 February) an operating profit of EUR114.2m on sales of EUR1.14bn for the financial year 2002.
Operating profit increased by 25% while net sales decreased by 4.6% as compared to the financial year 2001.
Uponor said that operating profit increased mainly due to strategic real estate sales while net sales decreased due to weakened telecom and machinery markets.
