MANILA, Feb 4 Asia Pulse - Members of the House of Representatives today welcomed the recent filing of Senators Edgardo Angara and Robert Barbers of a resolution in the Senate prescribing the Constituent Assembly as a mode in amending the Constitution.

Rep. Antonio Eduardo Nachura (Western Samar, Second District) and Mauricio Domogan (Baguio City), chairman and vice chairman respectively of the committee on constitutional amendments said the filing of the resolution would entice more senators to support charter change through Constituent Assembly.
