Feb. 3--TAOS SKI VALLEY, N.M.--The 40-year-old Edelweiss Lodge within the heart of the Taos Ski Valley will soon be demolished to make way for a new development featuring luxury condominiums.
Bill and Marci Kipnis, who have owned the lodge the past six years, are planning a development to consist of 30 luxury condominiums, a restaurant and bar, game room, ski shop, conference facilities and underground parking.
