WILSON APPOINTS HANNIGAN AS CALIFORNIA HIGHWAY PATROL COMMISSIONER
SACRAMENTO, Calif., Jan. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Governor-elect Pete Wilson today named Maury J. Hannigan as Commissioner for the California Highway Patrol (CHP), a position he has held for nearly two years.
