The Swedish bank group ForeningsSparbanken (Swedbank) said today (5 February) that it would acquire a 65% holding in the Norwegian credit card company EnterCard AS.
The NOK136.5m transaction was said to be part of a new collaboration agreement between Swedbank and the Norwegian bank alliance SpareBank 1.
