POMPANO BEACH, Fla. -- POMPANO BEACH, Fla., Feb. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Metagen Pharmaceuticals, a privately held company, in Pompano Beach, Florida, announced an integrated sales and marketing agreement with Dexcel Pharma, Inc. Through its OTC division, Stellar Pharmacal, Metagen will provide private label distribution of Dexcel's Sparkling White(TM) tooth whitening polymer to mass merchandisers, pharmacy chains and wholesalers, etc. The agreement is for an initial term of five years and is exclusive to the U.S. and Caribbean markets including Puerto Rico and the United States Virgin Islands.
