WASHINGTON -- WASHINGTON, Feb. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- NASA has invited music legend Patti LaBelle to sing "WAY UP THERE" at the Columbia shuttle astronauts' memorial service in Washington, D.C. this Thursday, February 6th. The event will be televised nationally and NASA is expecting over 3000 people to attend.

"Way Up There," written and produced by songwriter/producer Tena Clark, is the official NASA Centennial of Flight theme song. Clark will also be in attendance at the memorial.
