The over-supply of inner-city apartments may increase in Melbourne, Australia, if a Victorian Government development plan proceeds. That is the warning by inner-city councils to the State Government. The councils do not agree that Melbourne's population will grow by one million before 2030. Yarra Council says the Victorian Government has underestimated the number of city dwellers who will move to outlying areas.
