Feb. 5--GARDEN GROVE, Calif.--City officials just won't give up on their dream to turn Harbor Boulevard into a tourist destination spot.
They envision drawing families to restaurants like the House of Blues and Harley Davidson restaurant and perhaps a Rain Forest Cafe.
And to attractions like a Ripley's Believe It or Not museum, a comedy club, an aquarium and a Coca-Cola Museum.
