According to recent findings from Mintel's Global New Products Database, for the fourth year in a row, new product introductions for some of the key nutritional claims continue to decline significantly, while others have remained steady. Those on the decline are those that promote what has been removed from products. Those on the rise are those draw attention to what has been added or what is inherently good about the products themselves.
