300 Erie Blvd. W., Syracuse. With the merger of Niagara Mohawk and National Grid the board will be dissolved. Directors William E. Davis and Bonnie G. Hill will continue on with the board of National Grid Group PLC.
Compensation other than stock or options for the Niagara Mohawk board in 2001: Non-employee directors received an annual retainer of $25,000 plus $1,000 for each board meeting attended and $1,000 for each committee meeting plus expenses.
