PENTAGRAM partner John McConnell will chair the judging for the 2002 Design Week Awards.
McConnell, who is also design management consultant to Boots the Chemists, will lead some 30 judges to assess work in 22 categories. The Best of Show will be chosen from the category winners.
Winners will be announced at the awards dinner, to be held in London next spring.
Judges already signed up include Mike Dempsey of CDT Design, Jon Turner, executive creative director of Enterprise IG. Peter Knapp, executive creative director of Landor Associates and John Lewis Partnership design consultant Douglas Cooper.
