Partner Communications Company Ltd. (NASDAQ, TASE: PTNR; London PCCD) announced that an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders approved today the re-appointment of Mr. Avraham Bigger and Mr. Ben-Zion Zilberfarb as External Directors of the Company and the appointment of Mr. Robert Donald Fullerton as an additional External Director of the Company.
