Feb. 10--Fort Worth's downtown residential market could easily absorb the 470 apartments or condominiums proposed for a pair of aging landmark buildings in the city's heart, as well as several hundred more, brokers, developers and market studies indicate.
The tornado-damaged former Bank One tower and the soon-to-be-vacant Tandy Center complex straddle the west edge of the hugely successful Sundance Square mixed-use development.
