VTN CORP. AS VICE PRESIDENT

ORANGE, Calif., Jan. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- VTN Corp. (NASDAQ: VTNC), an engineering and planning firm headquartered in Orange, has announced that Dennis Brown, former state assemblyman from Orange and Los Angeles Counties, has joined the firm as vice president.

Brown represented the Huntington Beach-Long Beach area in the Assembly for 12 years. He announced in early 1990 that he had decided to leave the legislature at the end of his term to return to private life.
