Rubio's Fresh Mexican Grill (Nasdaq:RUBO) is celebrating the approaching El Nino weather season with a special comfort-food burrito bursting with fresh ingredients infused with Baja flavor.
It will only be available on rainy days at its restaurants.
The El Nino Burrito, weighing in a more than one pound, will include a choice of fresh grilled chicken or carne asada. It will be stuffed with rice, beans, and lots of melted cheese, sour cream, salsa and warm fire-roasted enchilada sauce.
