Feb. 12--CLACKAMAS, Ore.--Members of the North Clackamas County Chamber of Commerce are considering whether an independent shuttle service would help unclog congested roads around large businesses such as Clackamas Town Center and Costco.
The service would be free to riders, but businesses would have to chip in about $15,000 next year to finance the Clackamas Regional Center Transportation Management Association, which proposed the idea.
