The kommun (municipality) of Landeskrona in Sweden has awarded bond and equity mandates totalling SKr800m (e86.5m) in what amounts to a diversification away from investment in a single stock.
In 2001, the kommun sold its stake in Swedish electricity company, Sydkraft for SKr1183m.
Carnegie Kapitalforvaltning and E Ohman Jor Kapitalforvaltning have been awarded an equal share of a SKr400 mandate to invest in Swedish bonds.
Credit Agricole Asset Management has won an SKr80m foreign bonds mandate.
Alfred Berg Kapitalforvaltning and Nordea Investment Management (Sweden) have scooped foreign equity mandates worth SKr80m each.
