Feb. 13--SOUTH WOODSTOCK, Vt.--In this state where dairy is legendary, you have your Holsteins and your Jerseys, a brown Swiss here, a Guernsey there. Not the smartest of beasts, not the friendliest, but cute enough in a bovine sort of way, and hearty milk producers all.
