WASHINGTON, Jan. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- The National Commander-in-Chief of the 2.1 million member Veterans of Foreign Wars, James L. Kimery of Albuquerque, N.M., expressed his deep satisfaction and offered his sincere thanks to G.V.
