Two IT sectors - medical transcription service providers and wireless solution developers - are expected to post significant growth this year as foreign-based medical and telecommunications companies continue to generate demand for outsourced services, according to Center for International Trade Expositions and Missions (CITEM) executive director Felicidad Tan-Co.
The US medical transcription (MT) market - the largest MT outsourcer globally - is currently valued by experts at US$16 billion and it is growing 20% annually, according to Ms. Tan-Co.
