WASHINGTON -- WASHINGTON, Feb. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) announced today that five developers have been chosen to participate in the second phase of the selection process for the development of the Southeast Federal Center (SEFC). Each of these developers will now be asked to respond to a Request for Proposals, to be issued this month, to build a mixed-use development on the 44-acre site.
