Weyerhaeuser Company (NYSE:WY) today announced that the company's board of directors has elected Richard E. Hanson to the position of executive vice president and chief operating officer (COO), and Susan M. Mersereau to senior vice president, Information Technology and chief information officer (CIO).
Both positions report directly to Steven R. Rogel, chairman, president and chief executive officer, and are effective immediately.
