SHAMOKIN, Pa., and WILMINGTON, Del., Jan. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- John M. O'Brien, president of Central Pennsylvania Financial Corp. (NASDAQ: CPSA), Shamokin, and John E. Babiarz and Raymond S.
