The International Boston Seafood how will enter its 21st year as the seafood industry's top trade event when the Hynes Convention Center opens for business the morning of March 11.
IBSS will feature a sold-out exhibition floor showcasing more than 750 leading manufacturers, distributors and seafood-related companies and organizations.
Many of these exhibitors have been regulars at IBSS since its inception. One such company, Empress International, will be celebrating its 50th anniversary at the show.
