Perth: Mortgage wholesaler the Australian Finance Group has completed the first phase of a $6m ([pounds sterling]3.7m) nationwide customer relationship management (CRM) rollout.
The company has migrated its proprietary administrative and data management system in Western Australia and South Australia to Siebel Systems. The new CRM solution will enable the group's 1,500 members and 140 internal staff to access a common interface and central bank of customer and product information from their desktop.
