BANDUNG, West Java, Feb 17 Asia Pulse - Indonesia should set its sea borders with its new neighbour East Timor, an expert on international law at Padjadjaran state university, Prof Dr Hasjim Djalal, said.
"This is a crucial matter for the two countries to settle. It may create new problems in the future if concrete steps are not taken from now on," Hasjim, who is also an expert adviser at the Marine Potentials and Fisheries Ministry, said here on Saturday.
