Marion L. Cremeens of Elgin
Funeral services for Marion L. Cremeens, 94, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, at Madison Funeral Home, 305 Park St., Elgin. Pastor Lyle Worthan will officiate. Born Nov. 9, 1908, in Elgin, the daughter of Frank and Frieda (nee Koch) Rystrom, she died Saturday, Feb. 15, 2003, at Tower Hill Nursing Home in South Elgin. Burial will be private in Bluff City Cemetery. Marion was a lifelong member of Immanuel Baptist Church in Elgin, a member of the African Violet Society and was a judge for flower shows all over the Midwest. Survivors ...
