Feb. 19--Las Vegas is getting "invaluable exposure" gratis from national companies piggy-backing on the Strip's reputation as a place to make dreams come true, marketing executives say.
At least 18 major advertisements featuring Las Vegas are or recently have been running on network television.
Ads pushing Dockers, Dr. Scholls products, Ford's Expedition and Focus vehicles, Holiday Inn, Lincoln Navigators, Miller beer, MTV.com, Old Spice, Pontiacs, Southwest Airlines, Sprint services, Vegas.com and Volkswagens all are running 60-second spots featuring Las Vegas, ...
