Residential real estate continues to be one of the hottest commodities in the country, but other segments of the real estate industry are dropping toward their freezing points in Greater Cincinnati.
Office and industrial construction and leasing as well as rental housing and condominium development are mired in a deep slump that may linger through the year, panelists at the University of Cincinnati/PNC Bank Real Estate Outlook Conference said Friday.
