Centrica-owned British Gas is reviewing its [pounds sterling]30m creative account out of BMP DDB. The aim is to come up with a campaign that helps to deliver better customer retention across British Gas's range of products.
BMP DDB has held the account for more than 12 years, and has been invited to repitch. The review is being led by the Haystack Group.
British Gas director of marketing and strategy Nick Smith says: "Our positioning is evolving so that consumers see us as not just a gas and electricity provider, but as a company that manages their homes.
