WASHINGTON -- WASHINGTON, Feb. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Dr. Steven A. Schroeder has been named Chair of the Board of Directors of the American Legacy Foundation,(R) the national, independent public health foundation dedicated to building a world where young people reject tobacco and anyone can quit. A member of the Board of Directors since 2000, Schroeder most recently served as the board's Vice Chair.
