TOKYO, Feb 19 Asia Pulse - The Cabinet Office on Tuesday revised the coincident index of economic indicators for December 2002 down to 40 per cent from the preliminary figure of 44.4 per cent.

The change is attributed to a decline from three months earlier in the index for capacity utilization, which is included in the revised figure but not the preliminary one.
