Feb. 19--The Texas Rangers are looking to end their losing ways with their new spring training home in Surprise, Ariz.
The $48 million Surprise Recreation Campus is considered a state-of-the-art training facility. It also may be the start of a profitable relationship for the team, which has consistently lost money on spring training in Port Charlotte, Fla.
