What a puzzling "diet" world it can be: keep track of calorie/fat/fiber points like Weight Watchers, or figure out percentage of calories from fat, or count up daily carbohydrate grams, or don't calculate anything and just eat meat and fat until you're full. How does anyone lose weight on tasty meals after all that?

One thing's certain; unless you go on an all-water diet you'll need to keep track of something if you want to lose weight.
