The National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) and Fannie Mae (NYSE:FNM), the nation's largest source of financing for home mortgages, today announced a three-year partnership to support NAREB members' activities in creating affordable housing opportunities in underserved communities. As a result of the partnership which was announced at NAREB's mid-winter conference in Ft. Lauderdale, Fannie Mae expects to purchase at least $100 million in mortgages generated by NAREB Realtists through participating lenders.
