AGERICO (Eric) Valera Cruz, former Filipinescas Dance Companys brilliant star dancer, Dance Concert Companys choreographer, costume and light designer and Ballet Manilas artistic director/consultant, left us in the night of February 12, 2003 at age 62, in the Intensive Care Unit of Asian Hospital in Alabang. And I could cry.
For Eric was like a son to me faithful, loyal, generous with his able assistance early on and through the years he was with us.
Eric was the younger brother of equally-artistically-gifted Arturo V. Cruz, couturier and scenic designer - he designed both the sets and costume for Chairman of the Music Promotion Foundation Jovita ...
