INDIANAPOLIS _ With one swift 40-yard dash Sunday morning in the RCA Dome, University of California quarterback Kyle Boller might have moved up so high in the draft that the Green Bay Packers will have no chance to select him with the 29th pick of the first round.
Despite not throwing a pass, Boller appeared to be the biggest winner just as Miami's Ken Dorsey was the biggest loser on quarterback workout day at the National Football League scouting combine.
Boller, 6 feet 2 { inches and 234 pounds, ran the 40 in the range of 4.62 to 4.68 seconds depending on which scout's watch was consulted. For a player that big to run that ...
