Macrovision Corporation (Nasdaq: MVSN) announced today that fourth quarter 2002 net revenues were a record $30.2 million, compared with $27.0 million in the fourth quarter of 2001, an increase of 12%. Pro forma earnings (before amortization of intangibles from acquisitions, in process research and development write-off, non-cash deferred compensation expense, and impairment losses on investments) were $9.3 million or 23% lower than the $12.1 million recorded in last year's fourth quarter.
