Domino's Pizza L.L.C. in Ann Arbor is rolling out a new computerized system that it says will save the company and franchisees time and money.
``I don't like to talk in terms of actual cost savings,'' said Tim Monteith, Domino's chief information officer. ``But the operators who piloted the technology cut their order errors in half.''
The new system, called Pulse, was tested in about 600 company-owned stores and 100 franchised stores. Now the company is offering the new system throughout the chain at prices ranging from $15,000 to $30,000, depending on the size of the store.
