GenCorp Inc.'s GDX Automotive vehicle sealing unit will sell a mixing plant in Germany and complete job cuts at its Michigan headquarters.
The moves coincide with GDX's report that it returned to profitability during fiscal year 2002 ended Nov. 30.
``GDX Automotive expects to continue realizing production efficiencies from its continuing consolidation and integration efforts,'' GenCorp said in its annual report filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
