Feb. 23--Nicole Fannin was 19 when she had her first child. Today, at 30, she's not only a mother of three and co-owner of a business, but also a soon-to-be college graduate.
Pending the results of a college-level examination program test, Fannin will earn a bachelor's degree with a dual major in business management and business administration from the University of Phoenix in Oklahoma City.
