Severance Packages Play Limited Role in Job Acceptance Decisions, According to Latest TrueCareers Survey.

RESTON, Va. -- RESTON, Va., Feb. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- A new survey by TrueCareers, the leading online job board for finding professional, degreed candidates quickly and easily, reveals that nearly 72 percent of individuals would accept a new job without a severance package. Nearly 80 percent of respondents say they would accept new jobs with companies offering a less-than-desirable severance agreement.
